I applied in-person. I interviewed at Marriott International (Calgary, AB) in Feb 2020
Interview
All job questions will require you to give a specific situation to answer. A question I used often was, "Tell me about an instance in which a guest was mad and what you did to turn the situation around." You have to clearly state what the instance was. What you did in that situation and what was the result. If you don't hit all 3 points in each question you will look bad in the interview.
