Was not a clear process. HR did not have clear path way to explain the process and conflicted in the requested qualifications as advertised. HR and Local Mgt said The qualification listed is not the actual qualification required and additional qualification is needed, total confusion, more that the posts advertised are not yet to be filed and to come back in later date.

Unprofessional. Corrosive. Disrespectful. Disorganized. They ask people for free work disguised as interview process then disappear…there interview process is so broken, i don’t know if they do it in purpose or that they are just painfully incompetent.
