Attended Job Fair and met the very friendly employees. Made a good impression by speaking to a rep about a specific position which I believed would suit me, given my experience. She was enthusiastic, impressed, gave me an application right away, and walked me to a room with others filling out applications. Following that, I took a personality test on a computer, asking simple questions about punctuality, morals ("is stealing from an employer ever okay?"), and generally about my personality. Following that, I met with a rep from the department I was applying for and she asked me interview questions. At the end of the conversation, we scheduled an interview for later that week. Second interview was with one woman who asked the basic questions: why do I want to work for this company? Strengths, weaknesses, etc. Sent a thank you email. Was called later that day to schedule an interview with managers, and after the interview, I was hired on the spot. It was a painless, and rather enjoyable process. The entire process took one week.
