I initially applied online at Marriott's website. After I had entered all of my information and uploaded my resume I had to take an online exam as part of the application process. I have to admit that it was not a test that I could just breeze through, like some of the others that I had taken. It was challenging, but that told me that they didn't just hire anybody, but that they hired quality employees- even for entry level positions in the call center. The one on one interview was very thorough and I felt like when I was offered a position to work with Marriott that my skills would be put to great use and that I would be happy working with other quality people. Now I can see why Marriott is so successful. They don't skimp out on their interviewing and pre-screening processes. I was very impressed.
