Interview
Appiled via the website and was reached out to by the RM to schedule a video interview. Had a positive talk and was moved on to the TA manager for a video interview. Was immediately told I would be moved to the next round which would be a video interview with the head of HR. There was a mix-up in the Teams link so the meeting started 10 minutes late and while the interviewees in the previous were easy going, the head of HR was the exact opposite. Knew from the moment it ended I wouldn't be moved forward and received a rejection email the next day.

Director of HR was checking and texting on her phone seem disinterested. Actually mentioned that the other two people she was with already went to eat... Rushed thru it and at the end when it was time for questions she said this is just preliminary I'm gonna be here all day tmw too interviewing..
