Call with talent acquisition and then you can either choose to meet the team and do the technical test or do the technical test first. I chose to do the technical test first and did not get past this stage. The test is on codility and I think quite a lazy way to filter down candidates. The codility editor takes a bit of getting used to and the problems they gave me were data structures and algorithms problems. I did a codility test for another interview process and for that one I scored 95% so I think it really depends which tests you get and if you've seen the problem before on leetcode etc..
