Really straightforward process. I first spotted the role on LinkedIn and decided to apply. My first chat was with Kelly from the People team. She was friendly, welcoming, and immediately sold me on the role after explaining why the role was needed, the path the company is on and what the culture is like, especially around inclusion.
After that, I went through a two-stage interview process with the hiring manager and a few team managers. There was a small task to complete, designed to show how I approach problems and think through my work.
The interviews were full of thoughtful questions that gave me space to demonstrate my passion for the role and my experience in CRM. I also had plenty of opportunity to ask my own questions to make sure ManyPets was the right fit for me.
Kelly kept me updates throughout the process, first by phone and gathered my feedback after every stage, and then followed up on email to confirm the next steps.
Overall, it was a very human experience that never felt scripted or forced, the questions and process was tailored to the role, and myself to ensure I felt comfortable throughout.
