Malaberg Junior Creative Strategist interview questions

The interview process consisted of: 1. Hiring Manager Interview 2. Online Assessment 3. In-office Assessment Day Overall, it was a positive interview experience and I felt well looked after throughout the process. The team members were welcoming, professional and clearly passionate about the company’s vision. Malaberg comes across as a small but ambitious and idea-driven company with a strong creative culture. One area that could potentially be improved is providing slightly more clarity around expectations during parts of the process, but overall I found the experience valuable and well organised.
