The interview was very quick and easy, although it felt a bit too corporate. Seems like they don't actually care about who you are as a person, and only pay attention to how robotic your skills actually are (if that makes sense).

Overall, it was a positive interview experience and I felt well looked after throughout the process. The team members were welcoming, professional and clearly passionate about the company’s vision.
Malaberg comes across as a small but ambitious and idea-driven company with a strong creative culture. One area that could potentially be improved is providing slightly more clarity around expectations during parts of the process, but overall I found the experience valuable and well organised.
