The interview process was fine at first. The company actually responded very quickly to my application which I appreciated. I had a quick 5-10 minute conversation with someone in HR who seemed lovely. She said she'd pass along my information to the hiring manager and if they were interested then they would proceed with an interview. The following week I had an interview scheduled and I felt like it went very well. I explained to the manager what I do in my current position and he went into more detail about what the role entailed. I got very excited as I heard more about the position because the bulk of the duties are tasks that I fulfill in my current job. I left the interview feeling great and excited to hear back from them. I was told during the interview that they would let me know in two weeks about their decision. I emailed HR around the two week mark and asked for an update about my application and received no response. After not hearing back from them, I emailed the hiring manager and asked for an update. Also no response. It was very disappointing to see the lack of professionalism in the end stages of the hiring process. I understand that you don't always get every job you interview for but to be ghosted by the company instead of being treated in a professional manor was very disappointing, Overall, I would recommend not interviewing with this company because you might get ghosted.
