Pros

There is just not a lot of good to say about this company. When I first started it was great, but since then, it has been terrible. Some of the people are great. There are some great people everywhere.

Cons

There are so many. One of the worst companies I've worked for for a multitude of reasons. I will only get into a few; very unprofessional. Very few people there are competent enough to actually do their job, so they resort to making a bunch of nonsensical moves that unnecessarily put strain on the teams below them and then don't seek to find out if what they did actually had the correct impact (because they are incompetent). They are leaking talent by method of shooting themselves in the foot. undershooting all projections, by a significant margin, because of incompetency. They under pay and under serve their employees. Dumping more responsibility on teams with no compensation for extra workload and responsibility.
