I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Madison Reed (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
I applied online, and received an email for an initial phone interview within days. Sad to say that the interview was filled with loaded, lengthy questions full of corporate buzzwords. I can't even remember what a single question was because they all consisted of run-on sentences and 2-3 questions meshed together. Furthermore, the interviewer seemed rushed and sped through the questions. I was super thrown off and disappointed as it was clear that proper time was not taken to review my resume in order to ask insightful questions. I've partaken in many interviews, some leading to offers and this was a pretty negative experience. Perhaps it would be a good idea to send interviewees the questions in writing so it's easier to follow along and make sure you hit all your points, especially since it's a phone interview.
