Had a screening call with HR that went well at first, connected on similar background and location. A casual convo eased the nerves I think for both as I went into my work experience, and what I did. He asked some insightful questions and it felt like I answered well. He said he'd get back to me and that he's excited to let the hiring manager know. Gave me his work cell to text him once I completed a subjective comprehension exam and then he completely ghosted. Not even to let them know either the position was filled, no longer around or anything. Strange, but not helpful.

Interview
Overall the interview process took about a month to 6 weeks. It was a thorough process which I was fine with as I also wanted to make sure this position was a good fit and speaking to more people helped solidify my choice. I started the process with the internal corporate recruiter who was extremely helpful and attentive to questions. From there I spoke to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and about a week later an Executive VP based in England. Both were genuine individuals who were open to my questions. I then had a conversation with the CEO which lasted about an hour or so. It's not often you get a chance to interview for a sales position with the CEO of the company. It made me comfortable to know that he was involved and interested in the hiring process. From there I was told I would be seeing a demonstration of one of the products and I would need to prepare a 90-180 plan for selling this program that would be then presented to the same team. I went through the demo and three days later was required to present my plan. I thought everyone I spoke with during the process was helpful and answered all my questions.
