The interview is a two stage process where the first stage is an opportunity for the company (MBDA) to understand the candidates career aspirations and interests based on the job profile and its requirements. This is done online or over the telephone. The second stage is a face to face conversation between the candidate and the hiring team which in most instances would be your line manager and a member of the team which you may join if successful.
