Some more it's so easy only non technical questions in the interview, and you should be good is communication , and then don't do any grammatical mistakes while you speak with your interviewer

PI/LI test along with an IQ test are required from all applicants post which there was a general interview which was conducted a few days after. The results were given in a week

Interview
Very well planned, meticulously interviewed. Logical reasoning and Personality Index were the pre-requisites to make it to the Interview. The Interviewer was either a Captain/Chief Engineer who has had years of experience at sea. For the fresher/cadet, the questions were mainly basic about the Ship and the life he/she is going to live there, how much mentally and physically prepared that person is.
