Internal recruitment based in Poland contacted me via LinkedIn. We had a 20 minutes conversation over the phone a few days later to discuss the role. I was then asked to complete 2 tests (to do at home via links). One called PLI (Professional Learning Indicator) and a Personality Test. I perfomed well and was invited for an interview in the headquarter in Maidenhead where I met with the Head of HR, a really friendly person. It was more like a conversation where we both ask each other questions. I was asked to redo the PLI at the end of the interview despite having done it already at home. I guess then want to make sure people do it alone without any help. I also had to do a short Excel and Powerpoint test, nothing to difficult. It is more to see if you have used them before and your logic. Regarding the PLI, it is a bit different when you do it at their office since it is on paper and in English. (at home, it is via PC and you can select your preferred language.) You have 12 minutes to answer 50 questions. It can be pretty challenging. My advice would be to train before (look at "wonderlic tests"), it is always more or less the same kind of questions and logic. On the day, answer as fast as you can. Do what you know first and simply guess if you don't - since wrong answers do not take points away. You need to get at least 20 correct answers. I was then invited to meet with the Manager I would report to. We had a one hour conversation. Again, it was more like an open conversation. I had the reply a few days later. I find their recruitment team excellent, I was informed frequently about the process and interview progress. It is nice to see a company treating candidates so well .
