Two rounds of phone interviews during which I was asked to review my personal educational and work background. Interviewers were tough but fair, and took a keen interest in my own work background and how it would fit in with what I would be doing at the company.

A series of tests regarding professional skills such as excel, can be expected and need to pass before a formal interview is conducted. It is a heavily competitive process and will require proper preparation.
