The experience for the position of UX designer for their client Deutsche Bank was not exactly pleasant for me either. The process was like this: I had an initial discussion with a guy from Cluj from HR who was on this project, then a technical conversation with two designers from Ukraine, where everything was ok except for the part about clarifying some details about the project such as: what kind of project is it How would this project compare to others that are more popular from google? Or maybe from other banks, similar to Binance or Revolut? They didn't clarify; they said something fishy to get rid of me. Then, two days later, if I'm not mistaken, they sent me an email saying, "We're still waiting for clarifications for the next stage." :)) Until the clarifications came from Cluj, oops, top Luxsoft Bucharest called me again! :))) foruuuu... the projectuuuu, you guessed it! Deutsche Bank! Here in the capital, things were a little different in the sense that I had the first discussion with a girl from HR, and then I scheduled another interview with two other designers, also Ukrainian, from what the girl told me; during the interview with the two designers I had started to present a case study to them. We discussed it, and after the discussion, a designer disappeared from the meeting when I began to explain the second case study to them. After a few minutes, he sent us a message that he had something else to do urgently. I continued the presentation, after which I discussed many questions from the general public. Ulterior, I also started to ask what this project is about, actually the questions above, he didn't know how to answer me in the conditions in which the girl from HR told me "they are specialist designers on that project, put- any kind of question", he started to stutter a little in English, after which I asked about their work process with stakeholders, how things are going on a specific task, and that old scheme happened "hang up because I'm calling you!" :)). Practically, the last designer told me, "We're gonna call you", considering that I had at least 20 minutes left in the meeting in which to learn something about the project. After three days or something like that, I receive an email from Luxsoft "...Although your credentials and work experience are interesting, after careful consideration of all interview stages you took part in, we regret to inform you that we will not be advancing you to the next stage of the recruitment process at this time..." Shall I tell you more? A few more days go by, and guess who called me? :))) And here I'll let you guess what project it was about on this third call Brilliant Luxsoft!
