First stage is a screening call with HR (~30 min). Usual questions to discuss position, company, expectations and etc.. Then a phone call with 2 technical guys from the project (~1.5 h). Technical interview to identify if my knowledge and experience fit this position. Third stage is a phone call with customer (~1 h).
