I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Lewistown, PA) in Mar 2021
Interview
They have a set of pre-arranged interview questions with a scoring system if candidates mention the key words (if you say trigger works like flexible, cooperation, teamwork, etc, you move into categories with more points). The candidate with the highest points is offered the position.

Question 1
I honestly don't remember, but I know that if you are a sociopath, you can absolutely ace this interview because there are absolute right and wrong answers to give. Assistant Managers and Store Managers ask very similar questions, and they get so desperate to hire, especially in spring, that they just load people up with points to allow them to be hired.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement
Interview
I interviewed for a senior manager level Human Resources position with Lowes. I'm on the West Coast but most of the interview panel was on the East Coast so the zoom interviews started at 6:00 a.m. I interviewed with about 6 people and the interview process lasted almost 4 hours. While I was fine with the overall process, i got ZERO feedback after the interview was done. No communication from the recruiter, interviewers, etc (and I sent thank you notes as follow up). I didn't hear back from the position until 4 MONTHS later. Obviously I knew I wasn't getting the position by the time I heard back, but waiting that long to communicate with a final stage candidate is really unprofessional.
