Very simple. Its more of if they think you match their personality. High pressure to meet sales goals and credit. They arent very transparent with what they expect. 6/10 would recommend if you like being stressed

Pretty standard interview . Same day offer. In store drug test with a mouth swab. The whole process took about 40 minutes . Pretty painless in my opinion . After the mouth swab it took about 3 business days before I got a call back with the results and official offer .

Lowes gave me a date and time for my first interview and i agreed. when i went to the interview they asked me a series of questions which i answered. the questions were not personal and pretty general. i got accepted to the job after my first interview.
