Quick, they don’t make you wait long. Only a few questions. They might send you an offer on the spot if they really think you’re a good fit. Pretty easy if you know the store mission and info beforehand.

Q: When’s a time when you had to adapt quickly at one of your jobs.
Q: When’s a time where you overcame an issue at your job.
Q: What does your job history and duties look like.
It was quick. one on one with manager who who offered position immediately despite little to no hardware experience. I would recommend the interview to anyone who wants to try it.
Easy 3 question interview be ready to due drug screen and background on the spot. Lowe's is starving for good people who want to learn. Great company to work for!
