This was a pretty standard behavioral interview with questions like "Tell me about a time when..." One question she asked me was Tell me about a time when you were able to upsell an item to a customer. I interviewed with the store's assistant manager. Make sure you've got a good sales story.

Interview with General manager. If you have strong interview skills, you can get a job at Lowe's. If you truly enjoy retail, then communicate this to the interviewer. Genuineness is warranted here because you can't fake it here at Lowe's.
