It was pretty easygoing, not really a hard interview. They asked about a time when you had a conflict with a customer. Or tell me about yourself. And why do you want to work at Lowes? Questions like that.

Tell me about yourself? And your customer service history?
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.

I waited longer for the interview than the interview lasted, whole interview lasted about 10 minutes. They asked a few standard customer service type questions, like how you dealt with a difficult customer. They did not even want my resume.
