Easy, 10 minutes, questions related to communication, composure, and timeliness. I didn’t dress up, jeans + oversized hoodie! (honestly might’ve been a “personality based” hire because I knew nothing about the departments they put me in)

Tell me about a time where you helped a costumer who was in a hurry? How did you handle this situation, accommodating their every need?
So easy that you just need to be a normal person to get hired, they really just look for someone who can help out every customer and who can do a little bit of manual labor. you should be hired asap

The company has a very easy interview process and after a simple interview they offer a position almost right away. There is only one in person interview and usually a call back within a few days

Laid back, personality oriented questions and general questions about how you would act in situations. Also questions about experience and why you want the job. One on one with HR, maybe a manager.
