Interview
Filled out application on line and was then called in for interview with HR and an assistant manager. All questions were file questions read from a form.

Question 1
Questions are hard to answer if you have been self employed most of your life as they are all based on your supervisor. Best bet is to just make up answers. Sounds silly but that is what HR is all about now. At the end of interview they know nothing about your knowledge.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Framingham, MA)
Interview
The company has a very easy interview process and after a simple interview they offer a position almost right away. There is only one in person interview and usually a call back within a few days
