I applied on-line on Aug. 17, 2016. 10 days later, I got a call from them asking me to go for the first interview. I went for the interview on Sep 1st. It was pretty straightforward, 4-5 routine questions and a brief description of the job. Then went for a 2nd interview on Sep 2nd. Finally, went and signed the job offer on Sep 6th, after the long weekend.

Easy interview. Nothing to major about it if you do your research. Very laid back and was asked basic questions around the topic of customer service. Just follow basic interview protocol and you will be fine
