The process was smooth for the in person interview, the background check actually held up the process for a LONG time, it was not their fault and they were just as anxious to get me started. The rest of it went pretty well, with how long it was taking I thought I wasn't getting the position, not the case at all!

Went well, professional, and punctual. Seems like it will be a very nice place to work. Hope I get hired. COVID seems to be a focal point and it seems Lowes is trying to make a more professional schedule for their employees.

It was short and simple. They are really hurting for people right now to hire. There has been too much turnover since covid. The interview was just 30 mins with a manager. Then I received a phone call the next hour for the job.
