Pretty much an awful experience, other than travel and lodging. The VP my potential boss basically picked my brain for my project on unemployment, and ended the interview with “thank you for the ideas”. They set up hour blocks, and the ER directors asked 2 questions...I literally sat there for 50 minutes until the next interview. Then was grilled by the legal guy which at that point I could have cared less, given the VP stealing my ideas, and sheer stupidity of the scheduling, I flew home heard nothing, then saw on Indeed they had rolled up my potential job responsibilities into another position. NICE and CLASSY...called the recruiter and shocker, they reclassified the job...not a big deal, except I hear it from a job board first. Now they have an ER Director under the same VP...in my vast experience...but you couldn’t pay me a million dollars to work for that VP...utterly classless. Thank god that fell through...
