Primero una entrevista telefónica con el área de recruitment, y posteriormente entrevista presencial con representante del área de RRHH de la planta y el responsable del area de trabajo. Buen ambiente, muy cordial y transparente. Gente profesional.

It was a three step process. First was a screening call with hr then teams meeting with hiring manager and finally on site meeting with hiring manager and their boss. Generic interview questions

Interview
HR informed to go down for an interview within 1 week. It was a rather laid-back and friendly interview whereby interviewers are more than willingly to explain the job scope of your position should you be accepted for the job. Questions posed were also not difficult to answer. Overall a good interview experience.
