Initial phone interview with two group leaders. As an entry level job, most questions go around your academic profile, achievements, interests, how do you want your career to go.
Second interview F2F with other group leaders plus lab tour. Soft skills / personal interview, quite generic, followed by a couple of easy technical questions to ensure you know what you are talking about and not making it up.

Good. Fast and friendly interviewers. Easy to be hired if you are willing to take shift work. Had talks with the manager for the team but can be transferred to another team upon acceptance to the job
