I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lonza (Walkersville, MD)
Interview
The interview process was very pleasant. I did enjoy meeting the people that work there. Be prepared for a full day or two of interviewing with many people. Wear comfortable shoes as there is a great deal of walking involved. Be prepared with questions and be ready to talk. They leave a lot of time for discussion, any candidate that can not make conversation will not get through. All candidates that must give presentations on your work be prepared for many in depth questions.

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lonza (Houston, TX) in Sept 2021
Interview
The hiring process was very long and tedious. I had 4round of interview and was interviewed by a total of 20 people. After the first three interviews, I thought it went well but I didn’t hear any response from them. They were totally MIA. A month later the recruiter called me and said that a senior hiring manager didn’t get a chance to talk to me and wanted to interview with me again ( she was there only for a minute in the first interview). However, during my reinterview with the senior hiring manager and her team, the person who actually wanted to interview again left after 10mins saying that she had another meeting to attend. I don’t know what was the point of another interview with her if she had to leave half way again. Very unprofessional.

Question 1
Are you willing to work on weekends and long hours?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lonza (Walkersville, MD) in Mar 2014
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. She was very helpful with formatting my resume and advising on interactions with Lonza. After the recruiter performed the initial screening and checked my references, I was scheduled for a phone interview with a Lonza manager. A few days after the phone interview, I was contacted for an on-site interview. I was brought on site and met with approximately 6 team members individually. The process took about 4 hours.
