Interview
I was recommended by an employee that worked there. Tried to get an interview for over a month but never received a call. After I walked in there and spoke directly to the manager, I finally got an interview. The interview took about 5 minutes and I was hired on the spot. Started a week and a half later.

Interview
Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.
Had a great interview that resulted in a job offer but they never called me back & I followed up with them twice. A bit disappointed, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

About past experience as a server in various dining settings
Very easy - just asking a few questions about how you would handle customer service questions. Very easy interview process and the managers were all very nice - they want to see you succeed.
