It was simple to understand and she was nice for the interview but the job wasn’t good. It was quite toxic and bad pay. I was overworked a lot and it was the worst job I’ve had
I interviewed at LongHorn Steakhouse (Leominster, MA)
Interview
I have worked as a professional in the industry for 20 years. I have ran restaurants, managed kitchens, menus, and staff.
With thay being said, the interview process here was by far the worst I have ever experienced.
I showed up 15 minutes early for my interview, to be put off for the next one hour and 15 minutes. Yes, that means I did my interview an hour after scheduled.
I was told the kitchen manager was too busy (The restaurant was basically empty) and the service manager ended up doing my interview. Within the first minute of speaking with her I could tell she had no business interviewing for.kitchen staff (She admitted she did not know what to ask kitchen staff candidates) So after wasting almost an hour and a half of myb5ime several weeks ago, do you think they did me the courtesy of letting me knownifnI gotnthe job or not?
This was a blessing in disguise, as a much higher end restaurant in the area saw my experience and potential and snagged me right up. So I appreciate LongHorns dropping the ball on this one.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at LongHorn Steakhouse (Minot, ND)
Interview
First one was good she said she would hire on spot then 2nd one came and it felt like it was rushed. Kinda wasted my time and talked down too me durring the 2nd interview
