The emailed me within a couple of days of applying and the interview was very easy to schedule through their online application system. For a host interview, it only took 10-15 minutes. Very cut to the chase, they make you feel welcome.

We sat at one of the tables and she asked me general questions about myself & why I wanted the job. We chatted for about 30 mins and she went to her office & returned within 5 minutes to offer me the job.

Interview
Applied online and went in for an interview the next day. Interviewed with each manager separately. Both were patient and were mainly concerned with hours I could work and my past experience. However, I still got hired having no experience.
It's good they asked the basics that you would be asked by any type of restaurant interview. Same interview as olive garden and red lobster. Good people to work with
