Lockheed Martin A&P Mechanic interview questions

Interviewed by phone first to assess whether I was a good candidate for the position. Then I was required to perform a practical test to ensure that my capabilities were as I said they were. My practical test was timed and with other future employees. I completed the test in the proper amount of time with good results and I did get the job.
