Interview
Had my current manager and another manager at another department interview me. Really chill went over the PDF doc of questions in STAR format and then a 30 minute technical about OOP and a basic coding question.

If there was a conflict in your team how would you handle it?
Very pleasant, mostly behavioral. Interviewer seemed to really value fit and personality. Mostly asked about my experience, about the projects on my resume, and STAR questions. They really care about collaboration and growth.

Tell me about a time when you had a disagreement with someone, and how did you handle it?
Started off with some technical questions based on the software that they use and moved onto behavioral questions based on my resume. Very casual, closer to a conversation than an actual interview. Was also in person.

Asked me about machine learning and object-oriented programming.
It was very behavioral! I enjoyed my interview, and it was very informative. I learned to be more involved and do hackathons. After my interview, I had received my interview offer two hours later
