Two step interview process. Interviewed by my manager to be. Allowed me to answer real life questions based on my experience from college classes. Waited about two weeks to be back in contact.

Interview
One thirty-minute behavioral round, panel of three people, each throwing different behavioral questions. These are all common, well-known questions, with no curve balls. Interview may differ based on group, this was ultimately for the operations/manufacturing engineering group.

Interview
One interview with hiring manager. Interview only had behavioral questions, and discussions about the experiences listed on my resume. Manager was very friendly, and they described the position, team, and job site for a large part of the interview.
