Tough interview. Kept an eye on glassdoor and was expecting a easy interview. NOT. Constant questions, behavioral questions mostly with technical aspects embedded in. Be prepared. Basic requirements will be asked extensively. Exp helps, certs.
Straightforward, focus on STAR method, tie that back to your resume. They use Full Spectrum Leadership principles that LM has set, so look into that as well. Make sure to have good examples that show both technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.

Very pleasant, mostly behavioral. Interviewer seemed to really value fit and personality. Mostly asked about my experience, about the projects on my resume, and STAR questions. They really care about collaboration and growth.
