Got the phone interview and it was a good experience. Fairly straight forward interview and not an overbearing person to talk to. The interviewee made sure to give me a call back to ensure I knew the status on my interview. Unfortunately, I didn't go through but it was a nice sentiment.

Question 1
Tell me of one time you had to give a presentation and how you dealt with it. Tell me about yourself. Typical ones, but they threw me off with this question along the lines of: "Describe a time when you had to sacrifice quality of work in one thing for another."

Recruited during my final year in college - on campus interview, followed by in person interview at site a few months later. Friendly, approachable recruiters and hiring managers, up front about the work I'd be assigned in the role I was being considered for.
