Online application via a jobs advertising site. Face-to-face interview with two people (technical/management). It was informal and friendly. I was asked questions they had prepared apparently standardly for all candidates, and some time was budgetted for general discussion and my questions to them. Interview travel expenses were not covered by this company.

STAR pattern questions. Recruiter was really helpful and responsive. I didn’t have much confidence going in as I had a suspicion that I may just be a number to meet their target set of interviewees (and they may have an internal, preferred candidate chosen). The interview itself was short - hiring manager and HR business partner. Questions on the Lockheed Full Spectrum values.. To me, they sounded mechanical and rigid. Also, I felt my responses were probably not that great either. But, the Hiring Manager was nice to share the details on the clarifications that I had requested.
