Interview
The interview was way easier than I had expected. Ive left the company since then, its actually awful unless youre up higher in the company or kiss up but other than that the job itself was okay and the interview was easy questions.

They asked about basic things, past experiences what makes you a good fit, why do you want to work there etc

I applied, heard from a recruiter, had a panel interview, but turned out to be one guy asking me questions. Waited another week before receiving an email i got an offer

Asked simple questions generally about interest and the schedule (4X40s) if i was ok with that. Asked about my background, work history. There is a 4 week paid training period before starting the job.

Interview
Asked simple questions, non intimidating, just basically can you read and count. It was a Skype interview, afterwards i received a job offer from the recruiter. You also need decent eye sight as you will be looking through a telescope often.
