      Program Planner (Level II) Interview

      20 Jan 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Dec 2020

      Interview

Very informative intro where they gave me an overview of the company, the business area, the department, the team, and their own roles within the team. Their goal seemed to be to make me comfortable and not intimidated. Interview was one round. They asked me about 13 questions: 4 technical knowledge/experience, 6 behavioral, 3 administrative (willingness to travel, etc). Panelists were very neutral and gave no indication as to whether they were very enthusiastic about my interview, or likely to decline my application. Took the entire 3 week window to hear back.
