They just parade you into the office and ask if you are interested in the job. Interviews at Lockheed are not technical oriented, or at least I haven't experienced one that is. They just ask some questions about your resume and then sell you on working for them.

Very straightforward just be yourself and don’t paint yourself to be someone you aren’t be yourself and choose wise well thought responses to questions try your best and you’ll be good
It went well, they asked a lot of questions on tough subjects. I did not accept their offer. It was not competitive, and I found other options.the interviewer was nice and I appreciated his work.

Interview
One half is behavioral, the second half was technical on c++ questions. The interview was easy and overall good experience. Behavioral ones are tell me a time in STAR format.
