I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Santa Clara, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview took place in a hotel near their complex. I arrived Thursday night, the interview took place on Friday and I left by 3pm that day. There were dozens of other engineers interviewing for several other jobs. Some people they had flown in form different parts of the country. Lockheed offered reimbursement to travel to the interview site. Got a tour of their satellite fab. I had two behavioral interviews from managers of the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions were about how I would act in certain situations (e.g. tell me about a time when you and team member disagreed).
Interview process was straightforward and very chill. It was conversation based and had your typical behavioral questions, like tell me about your experience, handling challenges, etc. Nothing technical or out of the ordinary.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Jan 2022

Remote over zoom. Meeting with 2-3 managers/senior staff. Hour long interview where about 20 mins spent will be on discussing the role and the rest is the interview questions. Extremely behavioral based not as much technical.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you paid attention to detail.
2 Person panel that inquired about my past skills. Very supportive, did not feel like an interrogation. Wanted to gage my personality more than making me answer tough questions.
