Starts with a brief introduction on the company and the team, what the job responsibilities entail, etc. About 5 behavior questions, and answers should be in STAR Format. Overall not hard.

Describe a time you approached a problem differently from your peers, what was the outcome?
I got a call and email from a recruiter and then was given a scheduled interview. I was then asked 4 questions that were all behavior based. From there I was given about 30 minutes to ask my own questions.

Interview
Very good experience even though I did not receive the job. Interview went well and very smoothly. Interview was on microsoft teams with the hiring manager and two members of the team.
