I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Loadlink Technologies (Mississauga, ON) in Jul 2020
Interview
* Get ready to be insulted by the panel of old school interviewers. (Could call it 'Viva' instead.)
* To the point interview (No ice breakers, No introduction).
* No acknowledgement for the questions answered.
* Be prepared for theoretical questions. (Usually asked when candidate has no industry experience; but should not be asked when the candidate has already worked many projects)
* No programming related questions asked
* Did not ask about previous work experience and the achievements
Long story short, interview could have been better if it was taken as a discussion of qualifications but it felt more like a oral examination.
PS: Try not to get demotivated if they make you feel stupid and dumb.
I will definitely turn down the offer, if presented.

Interview
Behavioural questions only and were very easy. No coding questions. Seemed very interested in personal projects and what you do outside of school. Skype Interview with two general managers who were very nice and respectful.
