A 2 hour coding assessment, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an on-site interview. The last of which consisted of about 4 hours of interviews where every employee either asked me how to fix their problem, or asked me the same questions about my experience. Even the HR girl seemed to want some perspective on how to do her job. With every question, I felt as though they wanted me to prove my worthiness to work at their great company.
