I applied to lifetime assistance and within a week or two I got a call asking if I could come in for an interview. I came in, filled out a survey that I watched when I applied for the position, and reviewed my application. Afterwards I met the lady that interviewed me. She was very nice. She asked me a few questions, previous work experience, and if I had any experience in this field. Then she called a lifetime assistance home to see if I could do a home visiting to make sure I was a good fit for the place. The next day I did my site visit, it took about 30 minutes. At the site visit I met with the residents and other community living instructors. The next day I got a call from the lady that interviewed me and said I was on their top list of who they wanted and asked if I would take the job. Of course I accepted :) the interview process took about 1 hour including the waiting and survey. It was a quick response.
