It started with a recruiter screening that was basically a meet and greet. After this I was sent a coding test. I then had a meeting with the hiring manager that we went through some technical questions. After this I was presented an over. It took awhile but felt pretty standard for the position.

upon applying senior role and submitting the expected salary from several lenovo recruiters, all got last seen. and suddenly a lenovo recruiter mentioned there is a possible job opportunity to up my applied role to principal.
interviewers very unfriendly and seems does not bother listening to me.
